JustEat Takeaway’s CEO is looking for strategic partnerships for its US-based subsidiary Grubhub

JustEat Takeaway had acquired GrubHub, an American food delivery platform, for $7.3B back in June and has been getting offers from investors to sell it since then. The CEO of Takeaway made it utterly clear that the firm is looking for strategic partnerships, and the business is not up for sale. Jitse Groen, CEO of Takeaway, is currently planning to team up with giant grocers and logistics platforms to augment the business operations. The firm has received acquisition offers due to cut-throat competition in the US and the core European nations.
