Cardenas Markets partners with Amazon to offer two-hour grocery delivery service

Cardenas Markets, a Hispanic grocer operating in the US, has teamed up with Amazon’s delivery wing to offer a two-hour grocery delivery service. Initially, the grocer will deliver groceries to consumers in California and Las Vegas. Later on, it will extend the arrangement to other areas in the US, as shared by Adam Salgado, Cardenas Chief Marketing Officer. Shoppers can use Amazon’s app or website to place an order. Consumers having Amazon’s Prime membership programme will pay a flat delivery fee.
