Grab reveals 2022 delivery trends along with newer options

According to Grab’s most recent Southeast Asia (SEA) Food and Grocery Trends 2022 survey, eight out of ten retailers and seven out of ten customers both see delivery as an essential component of living after a pandemic. Along with the study, Grab introduced new and improved capabilities to track changing delivery habits. To increase convenience for customers and enable them to save more money, these improvements include a new self-pick-up option, improved rating and review experiences, and a saver shipment option.

Deliveries continue to play a significant role in customers’ lives, according to the Regional Head of Mobility and Deliveries,  Sean Goh. In reality, as customers transfer more and more of their food-related activities online, companies have a greater opportunity to interact with consumers online.
