Instacart unveils shopper-centric enhancements for greater clarity and customisation

Instacart is revolutionising its shopper experience with a range of enhancements to provide greater clarity and customisation. In the Shopper app, a new batch access summary empowers shoppers to check their device and account status, including GPS signal, internet connectivity, and more. A batch access website offers guidance on improving batch eligibility. Shoppers can now also access estimated wait times for nearby stores, making it easier to select the most promising locations. The goal is to minimise uncertainty for shoppers and provide them with the tools they need to make informed decisions while working on the platform. Instacart, based in San Francisco, partners with numerous retailers to deliver from over 80,000 stores across North America, recently going public under the ticker CART.
