In 20 years, the online grocer has rolled out its first-ever loyalty programme for consumers by partnering with BAM, a digital marketing agency. The marketing firm is conducting consumer research to gauge their preferences. This research would devise content and analytics strategies to contribute branding expertise to the loyalty programme. BAM is also reviewing FreshDirect’s current products and services to uncover opportunities for the e-grocer.
