WGB and Incisiv’s annual Digital Benchmark latest report has ranked different retailers offering the best curbside pickup service to shoppers. As per the report findings, 86% of retailers offer Buy Online, Pickup inStore (BOPIS), while 71% of these grocers now offer curbside pickup. Following six leading grocers are innovating the curbside pickup service: 1, Target’s Drive Up curbside pickup is ranked first on this list. 2, Walmart’s One-Stop-Shop is winning the hearts, cementing the second position. 3, H-E-B was labelled as the Most Trusted Grocer in America in BrandSpark and WGB’s annual report. 4, ShopRite grocer is offering contactless pickup service with its QuickCollect Go Pod pickup point. 5, HyVee’s curbside meal pickup service is getting famous amongst customers. 6, Albertsons has been making considerable investments in its Drive Up & Go curbside pickup program.
