The report also details that online grocery shopping is becoming shoppers’ “second nature,” and they love it. The comfort of online grocery shopping, home delivery and click-and-collect services is attracting their attention, said 2300 respondents to the report. The baby boomers, Gen Z and millennials chose e-grocery shopping due to superior customer service, easy online shopping process and personalisation. Companies need to develop and enhance these features to attract shoppers to their online stores.
