Invafresh and VoCoVo at The Fresh Market – Retail collaborations go to new levels

The Fresh Market has expanded its collaboration with retail technology firm Invafresh. For its retail grocery operations, the supermarket chain will now employ the company’s Fresh Retail Platform. The Fresh Market has recently installed new voice communication technologies in 44 of its locations. With retail communications experts VoCoVo headsets, the company has integrated telephonic functionality. VoCoVo is presently used by 30 major merchants, is present in over 13,000 shops, and has 250,000 daily users. VoCoVo, based in Chicago and Oxford, England, has moved into the US market with the introduction of their communication devices at The Fresh Market.
