Instacart launches Connected Stores, a tech suite offering grocery solutions to grocers

Instacart is known for its latest tech offerings, revolutionising the food and grocery industry. The delivery platform has now rolled out Connected Stores, a suite of tech solutions offered to grocers in one system, both in-store and online. This tech suite will help grocers build a seamless and personalised experience for shoppers through omnichannel avenues. Connected Stores include a Caper Cart, Scan & Pay, Lists, Carrot Tags, FoodStorm Department Orders and Out-of-Stock alerting Insights. David McIntosh, VP of Connected Stores at Instacart, detailed that this suite will build the whole e-commerce ecosystem for grocers in a unified manner.
