Greenyard, a Belgium-based fresh produce giant, is continuing its growth in the new financial year. The firm’s turnover increased by 1.9% to 1.17 billion euros. The Fresh division of fruits and vegetables went up by 1.2% to 970.2 million euros. The company reported that three-quarters of the revenue in the Fresh segment came from the integrated customer model with its retail customers. Long Fresh/Frozen section went up by 5.4%, and the foodservice share increased from 17% to 25% as the COVID restrictions ease.
