Colruyt, a Belgian supermarket chain, acquires Culinoa and digitizes delivery

Colruyt has acquired Culinoa, a Belgian foodservice operator, that manages over 100 wide-reaching kitchens of healthcare institutions. Colruyt aims to supplement its catering service named Solucious with this acquisition and provide quality food to professional customers. Culinoa has been serving well-balanced and nutritious meals. Solucious recently partnered with Urbantz to offer digital delivery and tracking services to its customers.
