ADC signs an agreement to acquire ShopperKit, an e-commerce retail fulfilment software, and is about to become the leading retail software provider in the market. ShopperKit helps retailers in order fulfillment, production and execution of digital grocery orders and management of in-store processes. Seamless digital communication with customers will also be maintained through this software. ADC is uniting FreshIQ and ShopperKit as a future step and kickstart its joint digital trajectory.
