This week, Amazon’s CEO Dave Clark announced that its delivery service is all set to surpass rivals UPS and FedEx. He also proclaimed that Amazon is about to become the biggest courier delivery platform by early 2022. The tech giant has partnered with multiple delivery service providers and is increasing its in-house network of ships, trucks and planes. The firm delivered about 58% of Bank of America’s packages in 2019. It’s currently the fourth largest delivery firm. As per Digital Commerce 360 firm’s statement, the firm delivered about 66% of its packages to its customers.
