Schnuck Markets has recently implemented the Workforce Management Solution suite, developed by Logile Inc., company-wide to solve the labour crisis. Logile, a retail labour planning platform, has designed the tech solution to manage the workforce, inventory, and store execution process. This tech suite will help Schnucks address forecasting, staffing, employee scheduling, time and attendance, and dashboard reporting with the enterprise labour modelling procedure with an app. Thus, the retailer will efficiently deal with the issues of team members scheduling to increase customer satisfaction and leadership. Logile plans to implement the Store Execution (task management) solution for Schnucks in the early months of 2022.
