Ghost kitchens operating firm JustKitchen has launched its store in the Philippines

JustKitchen, a ghost kitchen operator, has signed a joint venture with TDG Ventures (TVI) to enter the Philippines market. The joint venture has been named JV CO and will operate plus distribute JustKitchen’s products by the start of 2022. The Taiwan-based ghost kitchen operator will have a 51% ownership interest in JV Co, with the remainder owned by TVI. The partners will duplicate the same model to launch dark kitchens in Taiwan. As a part of its global expansion plan, JustKitchen will soon enter Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia.
