Walmart is about to launch a Live shoppable campaign named “Joy. Fully” to bridge the gap between consumers and retailers. This campaign will include shoppable content and Livestreams offered by various supplier members. The retail giant is also partnering with the picture-sharing platform Pinterest to launch shoppable recipes. To facilitate the purchase process, Walmart lets shoppers add ingredients to the cart and plan meals easily. Walmart has also teamed up with Facebook to offer an AR lens that allows consumers to shop “joy sparking” products. Shoppers can then shop Walmart’s gift finding experience.
