The research findings suggest marketers should continue to improve three crucial marketing practices. 1), Businesses should strengthen their omnichannel presence. 56% of the consumers will continue shopping online, as per eMarketer. 66% of them would like to shop in-stores. 2), Firms need to remove bottlenecks like inventory issues, customer support and payment issues. 3), Lastly, brands need to invest in developing their websites and social media apps.
