DoorDash, a US-based food delivery firm, is hustling hard towards success. Analysts from Edge by Ascential’s market research wing forecasted it to be ranked as the third-largest e-commerce firm by 2025. Analysts based this forecast on DoorDash’s plan to add gross merchandise value (GMV) worth $48.57B in 2025. The on-demand grocery industry will grow almost 150% to add GMV sales worth $76.27 billion by 2025.
