Insights for the Food and Grocery Industry

URB-E, a Los-Angeles based IT startup, is rolling out electric bikes to deliver groceries and other goods. These battery-powered bikes are capable of towing 800 pounds of groceries through the busy streets in their foldable cargo carts. These bikes have 750-watt mid-drive motors and can drive up to 12 mph. The cargo bikes are designed to take up less space in the parking lot of grocery outlets and can deliver big orders.
