Reasor’s, a grocery chain, is debuting a salad serving robot designed by Chowbotics

Reasor’s is kicking off an automated salad bar where Sally, a robot developed by Chowbotics, will be serving. Sally offers automated assembling of salads from 22 fresh and assorted ingredients. Customers use the digital menu and nutritional value chart to select and adjust ingredients by using a touchscreen. Reasor’s receives regular automated alerts to replace salad ingredients nearing their expiry-date, making their salads pathogen-free.
