Delhaize Belgium partners with LocalTea to offer locally-grown tea to advance sustainability efforts

Delhaize Belgium has teamed up with LocalTea to roll out locally grown and picked tea to its stores. The retailer launched this initiative to grow eco-friendly tea and advance sustainability efforts with reduced CO2 emissions. Delhaize partnered with Dionne Oomen and Johan Jansen to use natural cultivation methods to cultivate tea. As per these methods, 99% less water and energy is used as compared with tea from the other side of the world. This October, Delhaize Belgium reported a 15% increase in the sales of vegetarian products in the past two years, the ‘strongest growth ever’ for the category in its stores. DoorDash enters NYC with a 15-minute quick delivery service

DoorDash announced the launch of its 15-minute grocery delivery service in NYC with a new DashMart location in Manhattan’s Chelsea suburb. New Yorkers love the efficient and ultra-fast service of DoorDash to order meals and groceries. The DashMart delivery service will be open from 7 am to 2 am every day, even during holidays.
