GoPuff is gearing up to launch its first retail store soon

GoPuff is planning to launch its first omnichannel dark store to manage digital and in-store orders. The food delivery service provider will place digital ordering kiosks in its retail store. The omnichannel store will have several digital terminals to order and collect food and drinks. The store will be located in San Francisco along with other retail outlets. GoPuff has updated its digital app with a new extension named retail sales area. Shoppers can use this extension to browse products on the in-store kiosks and place orders.

Sam’s Club will soon be offering organic ready-to-eat meals home delivery to boost its delivery business. The membership-only retailer has teamed up with a meal delivering firm, Fresh n’ Lean. The meals are priced at $58.98 for members or $53.98 for Plus members. Sam’s Club wanted to offer fresh meal delivery to consumers looking for organic food options. Christa Breeden, a prepared food merchant, surveyed about 40 companies specialising in ready-to-eat meals before choosing Fresh n’ Lean. Consumers can choose from three delicious categories, including Vegetarian, High-Protein, and Assorted meals.
