The store in Vienna, Austria, has five stories and a rooftop cafe. This store offers smaller furniture items and accessories, while chunky items can be delivered the next day. Shoppers can use their phones to pay and checkout in both stores.

Shipt has rolled out a new feature named Preferred Shoppers. Through this feature, Shipt will let members of the delivery service team up with desired shoppers. The results revealed customers were satisfied and placed orders more often.
