Reliance group of industries, owner of Indian online grocery app JioMart, is planning to integrate JioMart with WhatsApp in the second half of 2021 to facilitate the online grocery shopping experience. Along with JioMart customers, 400 million users of WhatsApp in India will directly order online groceries using JioMart without shifting between apps.
