Thor’s Skyr and Blendid launch innovative Skyr-based smoothie robotic kiosks in the US

Thor’s Skyr partners with Blendid to introduce the first skyr-based smoothie robotic kiosks in the United States, aiming to offer innovative and nutritious options to consumers on-the-go. Unnar Beck Danielsson, Thor’s Skyr CEO, expresses excitement about these lactose-free Skyr-based smoothies and the potential to expand product reach. Offering higher protein and less sugar than yoghurt, Thor’s Skyr brings 21 grammes of protein in the plain flavour and 18 grammes in flavoured ones, with no added sugar. Blendid’s AI-powered food automation platform, foodOS, allows these kiosks to cater to individual preferences while ensuring quick, fresh, and nutritious options are available 24/7. Vipin Jain, Blendid’s CEO, highlights the role of AI-driven robotics in fulfilling consumers’ demands for fast, customisable, and healthy food choices. Specific kiosk locations and menu details will be forthcoming. This collaboration follows Blendid’s previous successful ventures, including co-branded kiosks and expansion into various locations across the United States.
