The restaurant industry has embraced robot chefs to fill the labour gap

Denny’s restaurant had debuted a robot chef named Janet to fulfil the large Thanksgiving orders last month. The restaurant industry has robotic chefs invasion as it tries to combat the labour shortage issues. Few services that food chains can delegate to robots include flipping pancakes, preparing coffee and serving frozen yoghurt and smoothies. Saladworks with Chowbotics has already earned fame due to its robotic salad bowls. With robots taking over the restaurant industry, the restaurant owners feel relieved as bots won’t ask for holidays, call in sick or take off on weekends. This move would equal increased performance and happy customers.
