Spanish shoppers love to plan fresh produce grocery shopping the most

Aldi Fresh Produce Observatory report revealed the latest consumer trends found among Spanish shoppers.

The research shared that from all the grocery categories, shoppers in Spain plan the most about purchasing fresh produce. Around 9 out of 10 Spanish consumers plan milk, fruit and vegetable purchases ahead of visiting grocery outlets. This extensive planning goes the same for fresh fish, meat and eggs. Aldi Spain bought more than 3,000 tonnes of fresh produce this autumn from Spanish suppliers to keep up with the demand, the retailer announced recently.
