Oreo leaps into the Metaverse for Gen Z with new product launch

The limited-edition cookie “The Most Oreo Oreo” from Mondelez International is being released, and the company is celebrating with a metaverse activity and a partnership with famous chef Martha Stewart.

With the release of its newest limited-edition cookie, “The Most Oreo Oreo,” Oreo is fully committing to the metaverse. By going to a special webpage, scanning a QR code, or donning a VR headset, customers may access the Oreoverse. Gen Z is clearly the target of the initiative. A virtual reality tour of the Oreoverse will be hosted by Kristen Stewart and Ryan McCallister as part of an Oreo experience on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
