Minipreço Online continues winning hearts and market share in Portugal

Minipreço Online, a Portuguese online retailer owned by Spanish retail group DIA, continues expansion in the country as its market share has doubled to almost 2.8% since the pandemic. The digital grocer is marching forward to capture the hearts of around 60% of national consumers. The grocer plans to offer nationwide delivery through delivery associates like Glovo, Uber Eats, and 360hyper. Pedro Devesa, a member of the board of directors of DIA Portugal, revealed that Minipreço has strong shoppers loyalty. Consumers also ranked the digital grocer as the best in a study conducted by the Portuguese consumers association, Deco, about online commerce in food retail.
