Lotus, the famous biscuit company, plans to launch its manufacturing plant in Thailand

Lotus Bakeries, the famous Belgian biscuit-producing firm, is expanding its operations globally. The Biscoff Biscuits firm has booked a piece of land in the Chonburi province, Thailand. The firm plans to roll out its first-ever manufacturing facility to produce its well-known caramelised biscuits, Biscoff, by 2026. CEO Jan Boone revealed that in the upcoming 15 years, he wants Lotus Bakeries to capture and penetrate larger shares of the Asian market, as per the Belgian business newspaper De Tijd.
