Loblaw Companies Ltd. retailer has teamed up with delivery platform Doordash to launch an express delivery platform called PC Express™ Rapid Delivery. Customers across Canada can now find their favourite products from Loblaw retailer on the DoorDash app. After placing an online order, they can expect their delivery package to reach their doorsteps in less than 30 minutes. The consortium will offer both online home delivery as well as curbside pickup option to shoppers. Loblaw will offer its convenience and grocery essentials in the cities, including Vancouver, the Greater Toronto Area, Calgary and Kitchener initially. The retailer will then expand its Express delivery service to other Canadian cities in the future. Rapid Retail Canada, Inc., a DoorDash subsidiary, will be managing the PC Express™ Rapid Delivery brand.
