With the addition of four electric vans to its delivery fleet in the greater Philadelphia region, The Giant Co. hopes to lessen its impact on the environment and save 9,000 gallons of gasoline annually.

The 164-vehicle fleet of Giant now includes the first electric cars of their kind, which have a range of 108 miles. As part of its commitment to sustainability, the corporation intends to increase the number of all-electric cars in its fleet over the next few years. In Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey, The Giant Company runs 193 locations.
