As per a recent report, shoppers in the UAE love to appreciate quality and are least worried about the prices of products as compared to the shoppers in European countries. Consumers in the UAE region consider emotionally-driven qualities of value, such as sustainability, quality and shopping experience while shopping. The report also revealed that 12% of consumers in the UAE are adopting social causes and seek products and brands that align with their values. Moreover, 12% of consumers want their retail experience with brands to be momentous and look for factors that include entertainment in their shopping experience. 42% of consumers think the quality is the most significant value when purchasing products and generally represents the affluent shoppers from the nations. The global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), having James Dervin as its managing director, published the study.
