Crisp, an Amsterdam-based grocer offering fresh produce, bagged €30 million in a Series B financing a few months back. The financial round was led by leading Target Global, Keen Venture Partners and the co-founders of Adyen and Takeaway.com. The grocer soft-launched its grocery delivery services in Belgium and already receives thousands of orders a week in the city. Now, Crisp plans to officially launch its services and run a successful ad campaign by having TV chef Sofie Dumont advertise its offerings. Crisp is an app-only fresh food market and provides next-day delivery, mostly in the evening, all around the week.
