This month, Aldi launched three new outlets in Missouri, Mississippi, and Massachusetts. Over the last decade, the German discount supermarket has expanded into over 1,000 new markets. “Our stores are designed to make grocery shopping smarter, faster, and easier,” said Rob Jeffries, O’Fallon regional vice president for Aldi, in a statement.

According to the 2023 Most Trusted Grocery Retailers in America list compiled by market research firm BrandSpark International in collaboration with Winsight Grocery Business and Newsweek, Aldi just claimed the top rank as the most trusted cheap and small-format supermarket.
